Redrock is a tourist attraction and a getaway for locals. Let's preserve it and keep it rural.

Its a crime against our children to spoil the natural environment of Red Rock. Rhodes and the County Commissioners should be ashamed.

Red Rock is a very unique wilderness area. Do not pollute it with a housing development.

I love red rocks! We have spent many vacations climbing and hiking in red rocks. We don't come for Vegas. We come for the beauty and serenity of red rocks. I urge you to not allow the development of the red rocks area or surroundings. It will grossly affect the landscape and decrease the recreational enthusiasts, climbers and similar eco tourism who are drawn the red rock conyon. I know I will be far less likely to visit red rocks or the are if it is further developed. It is already sitting for too close to development and sprawl from the city of Las Vegas! I am not in favor of this development and urge you to consider leaving red rocks natural and uninhabited!

The county should be sued for misuse of public land

The action on the part of CC is outrageous and unprecedented. That land must be preserved for all time and no developer should ever be permitted to build there.

Keep Red Rock rural. We don't need to pave over absolutely everything.

I visit the region solely to climb in Red Rocks. Keeping it wild will keep me coming back.

This area is a critical climbing resource. It defines the proving ground for the American climbing guides training program- arguably the highest caliber rock guide training on earth.

This should never be aloud to happen. Red Rock is one of the most beautiful places in the State of Nevada.
