There was an agreement signed. This developer, builder, etc. need to abide by it. Keep Red Rock rural!

One of the main reasons, and most attractive features, of our community as been the beauty of our surrounding rural areas, which are also home to our native wildlife and present opportunities for tourists. Over developing these sites also poses a burden upon our resources, water conservation and our grid. Let's use some common sense and preserve what we have and treasure. We won't be able to undo a bad decision once it's placed into action.

I have been visiting Clark County to climb for almost 30 years. The scenic beauty of Red Rock is what keeps me coming back. The dollars that climbers, hikers, and tourists bring to Clark County to enjoy Red Rock are far more important than the short term gains for a single corporation. I am happy to take my tourist dollars elsewhere if the nature of Red Rock is changed by this development. Please keep Red Rock rural.

Please keep the Red Rock area rural and protect the surrounding conservation area and inhabitants within it. The infrastructure cannot support it... and shouldn't try to. The appeal of Hwy 159 is that you feel like you're "getting away" from the city... this type of development would do nothing short of ruin that.

There are many places in the Las Vegas Valley that are suitable to development. Development this close to Red Rock NCA would rob both locals and visitors from around the world the chance to experience this incredible desert landscape in its unmarred form.
