I live in Blue Diamond and need to see one of the last remaining rural areas protected. There is nothing else like this area and we need to save it.

Strongly disagree with building more homes when we are already over populated. Water is already an issue. This area should remain in developed as it will inspect the beautiful Red Rock!!

Red Rock Conservation area is an oasis amidst the city, the concept of building houses there should absolutely not be considered. It’s a conservation area for a reason, houses do not belong in conservation areas.
Choosing to build and doing so will immediately alienate the outdoors crowd and all of the red rock views, climbing, hiking, and more will no longer be as beautiful as they are. We don’t need the houses built there, please let us have beautiful land and enjoy it away from the city!

How are earth are you going to approve housing development in a conservation area? Stop being a greedy bastard and realize that not every inch of land needs to be developed.

As a biologist I work all over the Mojave, I see enough development & habitat destruction.
Leave Nature to Nature!
