We got enough VACANT ones through out Vegas. Fix those up and sell them. No more new match stick junk track homes that are not even worth a penny.

There are a lot of empty lots through out the valley that can be infilled. Pushing further into wildlife areas will only increase the number of wildlife encounters with people. That means more coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, etc in populated areas. Keeping Red Rock undeveloped helps provide a buffer and keeps people and wildlife safe.

It would be a travesty to encroach any closer to redrock. Just the wildlife alone would suffer. Leave it a pristine area to visit please.
