Trade the developer some land that is elsewhere blm land.
Even the construction of more roads and curbs is distorting the area. Leave it alone.

Plenty of empty homes still sitting in the valley....you need to start investing in reconstruction....we don't need anymore greedy HOA communities....you just keep building new while our central neighborhoods decline....
