We must stop the sprawl of home building into our recreation areas.We also don't need 5000 more homes sucking up our sparse water reserves. This is a desert environment....water will always be scarce We have enough housing...more houses more people...more cars on the roads..

What a treasure to have this amazingly serene place just 30 min from the strip. It's such a beautiful contrast to be out among the wild canyons all day yet close enough for a hot shower and a comfy bed at one of the many hotels. The development is close enough to enjoy but not so close as to impede on the experience of this remarkable place. Please do not allow the proposed development to go ahead. Keep Red Rocks rural!

I was born and raised in Las Vegas before relocating to Southern California, still have family in NV, it would be shameful to allow this to happen
