Urban sprawl is one of the greatest threats faced by our country. We need to stop build "out" and start building "up". With just a little innovation and foresight, we can create the cities of the future, where each city can have agricultural high rises that provide more than enough produce for its citizens. Keeping Red Rock protected from shortsighted construction projects is a major step in the right direction. Thank you for your time.

No reason other than greed for this to happen. This is an area that should exist without buildings. A beautiful place where much history and recreation coexist. To build homes here would be a travesty.

Iʻm from Hawaiʻi, but ever since I was little Iʻve always wanted to visit the canyon. Havenʻt done it yet, might never get to if itʻs developed.

Building projects in the area surrounding Red Rock NCA will destroy the rural nature of the entire area. That rural setting so close to our urban centers is what creates the great appeal for the area. I have lived in Las Vegas since 1962 and have seen the immense growth of the entire Southern Nevada area. To lose this small piece of beauty and peace would be heartbreaking.

Was a LV resident for 15 years visit one a year now used red rock all the time bicycling, hiking rock scrambling. Would be a shame to sell out such a great outdoor experience in a city that really needs them to stay well rounded!!!
