This is very strange, and unnecessary. Build the city first before you play in the mountains seriously. This is embarrassing. Get it together Mr. Clark county commissioner. Be a leader

I live in Mountains Edge and there is no way our roads can support any more traffic out here. This development would use our egress and ingrest which would make it impossible to travel anywhere from our HOMES. Pleasee visit the Mountains edge area during peak traffic times. It takes 3 to sometimes 6 light cycles to move a city block. Right now it adds 15-20 min of time to travel. Please No No No on this project.

Keep our canyon beautiful. We do not need Jim Rodes getting richer by destroying our beautiful land shapes. Why should the wealthy be the only ones to enjoy the beauty. More homes will add more traffic. Red rocks a D charlston are our escape areas from the city. Don't let them take that away.

Visited the area in 2016 would hate to see another of our nations treasures compromised. Our children and grandchildren need to be able to see the beauty of our nation in order to have a connection. As to why our land is important.
