Please don't turn the Red Rock area into an eyesore. Many of my friends don't want to come to Las Vegas until I tell them about Red Rock. The beauty of the area is a big draw and helps the Las Vegas economy.

Red Rock is beautiful. Part of it's beauty comes from being apart from the city. If houses are built closer, it diminishes a natural treasure that cannot be replaced.

Yes, we need to protect Red Rock Canyon from non-rural development.

Let's keep Red Rock rural. We need to keep the homes away from the places that people like to go to in order to escape city life.

I've climbed and hiked in restock canyon many times, travelling from Pennsylvania to do so. It's a national treasure and must be protected.

Red Rock is a beautiful park and home to so many animals. We have already destroyed so much of the natural beautiful in Las Vegas. Please protect our natural environment. There are thousands of homes sitting vacant in Las Vegas. Instead of encroaching on the flora and fauna, please invest in improving existing neighborhoods and leaving Red Rock as the hiking, rock climbing, area that it should be. Hopefully humans realize that money isn't everything, before it's too late.

I love red rocks for its natural beauty and travel to the area often and spend lots of money in the area. Disturbing the natural beauty with visible development will degrade from the experience I seek and reduce how often I come to Vegas to visit.

I visit Red Rock frequently and it should be saved and preserved as the beauty the land possesses. Enough built going up to it as it is.

I travel to this area twice a year for rock climbing and hiking in the Red Rock park. Each year I watch with deep disappointment the approach of development towards this wonderful park. With out question, the closer development is allowed near the park boundaries, the more the park is degraded in every way. If Clark County doesn't understand how to protect Red Rock park, it's attraction will be destroyed, effectively forever.
