Red Rock is too beautiful and too natural to develop. Putting a community here would damage the ecosystem more than it is already damaged.

I believe Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area would be adversely impacted by the housing development proposed for Blue Diamond Hill. The county commissioners are NOT REQUIRED to grant the zoning change sought by Gypsum Resources. It's not an automatic; the process requires judgment by commissioners. I think they should DENY the zoning change.

Keep this wild wonder wild. Already too much human pressure on the conservation area and surrounding lands. I am a visitor and deeply appreciate the natural, rural character of the BLM lands and surrounding area. The natural scenic and recreational value is what is most important, not irreversible commercial development, housing, and encroachment of more humanity in such a unique location.

Please Keep Red Rock Rural. Don’t fold to the greed of developers. We still have so much shadow inventory of vacant homes from the mortgage meltdown. Lets fill the empty homes before we just build more...

Red Rock is Las Vegas' most beautiful feature. Defacing it with strip malls and housing would be a travesty.

This is a natural and gorgeous setting for residents of Las Vegas to be proud of aside from our shiny casinos and hotels. I take out of town visitors to Red Rock, and they are always in awe. Please preserve this.

There is enough development in our city and county. There is no need to develop in that area. At what point will our water limitations be looked at and when will overbuilding stop? Leave Redrock and its surrounding area to all people, not just a few who want a view from their yard
