Red Rocks is such an incredibly special place- in large part due to its vast landscapes and its remarkable biodiversity. I have traveled to Red Rock Canyon every year since I have discovered the beauty that lies within that park, and intend to keep visiting. I rock climb all over the world and can say with no hesitation that Red Rock Canyon is my favorite place to climb. Developing this area would not only turn off visitors (who bring $$) such as myself who are looking to escape into nature, but will also compromise the environmental integrity and biodiversity of this magnificent area. Please consider the broad and long term implications of developing this area, and make the right choice: protect red rock canyon.

With all of the empty spaces blowing dust in this valley, we cannot have the beauty of Red Rock destroyed by more houses, businesses, apartments, schools, and people. Build somewhere else.

There are pmenty of places to develop a community - I know that as a cicil engineer. Protecting our natural resources, open space & public places for all to enjoy is one of my most important jobs. Please think twice about this decision!
