Please stop encroaching into Red Rock. There is no reason to destroy the beauty. We have a finite amount of water. We do not need to build out into the beauty of Red Rock.

our souls need this beautiful land and nature to recharge and get away from the city

This is a place for me to get away from the city and enjoy a nice hike and take in the beauty of Red Rock Canyon. We can not allow development out there.

Humanity has already killed off and ruined enough of earth, let us keep this peaceful reminder of natural beauty that Earth contains, for ourselves and as the human race together, for our childrens' childrens' children.

I spent my childhood climbing through these amazing rocks on family vacations. Now my child does the same. To have this beautiful place turned into another development would be an injustice to us all.

My friends and I love climbing and hiking out at Red Rocks. This is absurd. Doesn't Vegas have enough distressed housing and foreclosed developments?

Leave nature alone, go build somewhere else where nature has already been distorted by humans . Leave anything that is untouched, untouched and clean of human development !

I have lived in Vegas since I was a toddler, and I have been going up to Red Rock as long as I can remember. This is a place of beauty and escape and does not deserve to be demolished. As someone who lives in Summerlin I realize that they have already started building so far into the desert. It's far enough, and it needs to stop before we have no more nature and wildlife to appreciate and be thankful for.

The direction this country is heading in terms of our natural resources is appalling. Do not make decisions to get rid of beautiful natural places that will be regretted in the future. We must protect these places for future generations. Let's not toy with decisions that can't be reversed. Do the right thing.
