I grew up with Red Rock being in "my backyard" without it actually being in my backyard. I wouldn't have that if you give it to just the people with money to make it their actual back yard. It's the only nature outdoors retreat that we have in Las Vegas. Please don't take mine and so many others place of zen and peace. We need Red Rock!!!!

We have enough suburban sprawl in the valley. Keep it out of Red Rock!

I love in this beautiful community called Summerlin. Even though I enjoy living here, I do believe we are encroaching on beautiful landscapes that quite frankly should remain "untouched" by developers. At what point, do we allow nature to be nature and leave it for future generations to enjoy. I have been living in Las Vegas for 18 years and it saddens me to see just how congested Red Rocks had become. No matter what the argument is to develop lands for all incomes and a diversified community, these lands should be protected from developers.

I cannot begin to understand how/why this idea is being considered. This will not happen. Period.

As a long time climber and visitor to the park, I strenuously object to the proposed development that would negatively impact such a unique treasure.
