Red Rock is a jewel. Having such a wonderful wildernesses near LV is amazing and it should be protected from further encroachment and further depletion of resources for wildlife.

The City of Las Vegas does not need any more new houses, especially here.

Please, do not vote to let this happen to Red Rock Canyon. One of the very last places near Las Vegas to seek peace, serenity and the beautiful surroundings of nature in a natural environment.

I've never been and hopefully it'll be there when I get the chance.

I love hiking at Red Rock when I have the time to do it! Keep this petition going and keep it from being surrounded by homes!

I'm from England and have visited Red Rock Canyon on a number of occasions when on holiday in Nevada. It's so beautiful and should be preserved as nature intended it to be.

5000 homes would ruin the most beautiful natural outdoor space in Las Vegas/Clark County. I absolutely oppose its development.

As a frequent visitor to Las Vegas, I love all the bells and whistles it offers. But what I really love, is heading out to Red Rock Canyon and soaking in the peace, quiet and serenity. One of the most beautiful places I've been. Please don't destroy it.

I moved back South to care for my dying parents ..I often had dreams about the enscarpment of Red Rock...I missed it SO much..So I moved back...My parents are gone now, and my trips to the Canyon are the crux of my spiritual practice..It's ALL I have left...
