You do realize it was Save Red Rock and their lawyer that triggered the construction of these 3,000+ mansions on Blue Diamond Hill, right?! Save Red Rock lawyer Justin Jones engaged in unethical horse trading with a fellow Clark County Commissioner and when confronted with a lawsuit and investigation, Justin Jones was found to have illegally deleted public records. Thanks to Save Red Rock and their bumbling idiot of a lawyer, Clark County was forced to approve the construction of this housing development on Blue Diamond Hill. Not only that, but also due to this Save Red Rock bribery scandal, Clark County taxpayers have been handed a legal penalty where $86 million in public money must now be paid to the very same developer of Blue Diamond Hill!! Save Red Rock has single-handedly destroyed our National Conservation Area with its public corruption. I don't know who this "Desert Love" is, but you are either woefully mis-informed or intentionally trying to deceive the public. Regardless, it's too late - Save Red Rock got this housing development approved and no petition will ever stop it now!

I grew up im Las Vegas and still return often just to go to Red Rocks. For me it is a personal sanctuary. The increased development over the decades has been sickening and the proposed housing development is even worse!

My favorite part of Las Vegas is the oasis that is Red Rock. It is so rare for a city to have an escape that is so accessible, I think it would massively devalue the city as a whole to develop that area.

Urbanization is decreasing biodiversity around the world. We have a fragile ecosystem in the desert that may not recover once humans are introduced. This project will make developers rich and leave our wild places weakened. Red Rock is already someone's home. It's the tortoise home, the creosote home, and the Joshua tree's home. We need to learn to share land with the beings who have always lived there.
