Red Rock is an oasis away from the city life where people from ALL OVER THE WORLD come and enjoy nature outside of the famous strip. There's still unoccupied land throughout the city of Las Vegas, why mess with the closes escape from the concrete jungle?? Leave Red Rock alone!

Red Rock Canyon NCA is a sanctuary so close to the buzz of Vegas. Development in its vicinity compromises the sanctity of the area. Keep 'Red Rocks' pristine by turning down building projects that compromise the area.

We should not be building homes on our beautiful land. Please keep Red Rock Canyon rural. Thank You.

I love this land as it stands and it should remain a rural area and not allow the continued migration of the money hungry developers and politicians who only see it as another cash cow for real estate development. There are already enough land areas in the valley already designated for development. Why are you going to allow the degradation and destruction of one of the most beautiful places in the county just to make a little more money. Please don't allow this to continue. FIGHT ON.

Don't build! Keep the beauty of the Las Vegas Valley. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, I always look forward to that view every morning. There is something special about being able to leave Vegas to see this beautiful place. It truly would be a disappointment to see development there.

For 6 years, I have traveled from Kansas to spend my biggest vacation in Nevada purely because of Red Rocks. I come because I love it, and in return it brings my tourism dollars to the surrounding businesses. There are other nature meccas in the nation that I would likely go to should the development encroach upon the area. Red Rocks is unique because it feels so isolated even though Las Vegas is so close but that feeling won't remain should you decide to develop. The conservation area and surround land is worth more than the developments that will go there because it brings happiness, nature, AND money to the community. Developing is a one-way street, once done, it can't be undone. Please protect our beloved land.

My mom has Parkinson's and needs to excercise to slow the progression of the disease. She bikes at red rock every day to help with this. More houses would increase traffic and put my mom and many others in danger.

I am an avid cyclist and don't believe the canyon should be developed. There are too many safety concerns with the entire project during and after construction. This will eliminate the only safe cycling route I have available from my house in the northwest. Thank you for hearing my concerns.

Is nothing safe from developers in Las Vegas. Jim Rhodes will destroy this area of town like he has with every thing he touches.

Some times less is more. Vote for balance by protecting the places of recreation and beauty that bring quality of life to your citizens.
