We need to preserve the beautiful areas around our city. There's enough vacant homes around the valley. We don't need to build more homes on Red Rock Canyon.

Wild places deserve to remain wild, at least as much as possible. Let's preserve this beautiful natural spot while we still can.

There is NO good reason for any development that would intrude further west. Red Rock NCR is a treasure that should not be spoiled.

The 5,000 houses can be built else where. There is plenty of barren land. No need to destroy glorious natural landscape that have vital and useful resources.. Again, there are other areas to lure and accommodate for mass residency. However, there are plenty of houses already on the market. If we are to build, use time and money on anything it should be focused educational system for k-12.

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 13 years and I very much enjoy being at Red Rock Canyon. I am a photographer in my spare time and I use the beautiful backgrounds of Red Rock for my photographs with models. It's a beautiful place and I would hate to see it being developed. It should be kept natural and wild.

I <3 Red Rock, My friends from Colorado and California also love these rocks, they're always here. They'd rather enjoy boulders than limelight.

Hiked here last year. A beautiful and much needed retreat from the city madness. The peace and tranquility must be preserved.

Can't believe you are even considering destroying what little natural land and wildlife we have left in this planet. Do you really want the next generations of kids to grow up without nature and without wildlife and without woods and open grass fields to play in and BE KIDS?!?!?
