A surprising & beautiful place, not seen by enough visitors.

This project is horrendously misplaced. Commissioners must tell developers to turn their efforts to inner city property experiencing urban decline and desperate for revitalization

Please keep this area rural...so much of the Las Vegas area is already developed and Red Rocks is the best thing about coming to Vegas.

Red rock is currently very congested on weekends and holidays. Please protect this environment that is sacred to those that frequent it and enjoy the beauty . It's enough building of homes and shopping in this area. I have lost my view to the casino developers. Please stop the destruction.

Please, don't populate a place that doesn't need to be populated. Buy an existing house and leave this beautiful place alone.

Being born and raised in Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon has been a magical place of enchantment, wonder and education to explore as a child, as well as an adult. It would be an absolute travesty if Red Rock Canyon is not around for my children and grandchildren, and their children and grandchildren, etc, to explore and fall in love with, due to it being developed. My gut tells me that the developers ARE NOT from Las Vegas. In that case, they should go back to where they are from and destroy their own natural beauty and develop it all they want, but stay out, and stop trying to destroy our back yard!! If the developers ARE from Las Vegas, then they should look into developing some integrity and community pride since they clearly have none. It blows my mind how ideas like these are actually taken seriously by other humans!! Unbelievable!! Just because people can make dollars doesn't mean it makes any sense!! This is so upsetting and cannot happen!!

Don't ruin the natural beauty for profit. There is enough land elsewhere to development.

the last thing we need is more houses and houses that will ruin the landscape of red rock. when will we start to value our earth and nature over the all mighty dollar and corporate greed?

Red Rock Canyon is one of the most beautiful and sacred canyons that has unfortunately been susceptible to this kind of talk for too many years. I know it's only about money with these developers, who think it's somehow ok for them to destroy our beautiful, cherished and protected land (protected for many, many good reasons). It saddens me to no end! These developers need to be stopped from even having a chance at building on these too few of protected lands that we have left!

Developing red rock would be a permanent mistake. As a geologist and 3rd-generation Las Vegan, this offends me.
