I have been vacationing in Las Vegas since I was 13 years old with my father who I visited out there. I am 40 years old and now I take my kids out to Las Vegas to visit. We love being in the Red Rock Canyons hiking and pick nicking and admiring the beauty. We don't have those things here in Florida so we go out there to experience nature at the Red Rock Canyons. Even though I am not a Nevada resident I sure feel like that's part of my home from all the years I have visited. We need to protect nature's beauty.

Shame on the commissioners for giving the go ahead. Gutless and heartless are what they are. I say vote all of them out!

Please keep Red Rock Rural. My family visits the West to connect to nature and witness the calm from natural places. This development will kill a viable option for unnecessary reasons.

Plenty of places to develop, lets not develop a Red Rock and destroy a natural wonder for everyone.

Red Rock is a beautiful, natural area and shouldn't be touched. There are enough options for housing in town without destroying a highlight of our town.

The planned development is unnecessary. Red Rock should be preserved as the gem that exists. The amazing view should be equally accessible to everyone. Please do not be swayed by rhetoric that promises a pittance of tax revenue in exchange for a permanent change to one of our most cherished and valued outdoor landscape. Once changed forever changed.

There is no need to spoil this beautiful piece of natural landscape with unnecessary homes, especially when we have so many already being built, unoccupied or in foreclosure.
