Recently, Fox has cancelled the continuation of a show called Red Band Society. Looking at it, you wouldn't think much of it. When I started watching it I assumed it was just a show about a bunch of kids in a hospital and all of their love interests. After watching this season, I've learned my initial assumption was incorrect. Red Band Society is a television show unlike any other. It shows the real struggles of a nurse, the hard decisions made by a doctor and the suffering of child patient. I'm not saying there is nothing about love or drama but it's speak to something bigger. It's a show that doesn't glorify murder, drugs or sex. It's a show that opens your eyes to what truly happens in a pediatric ward. No, these characters aren't based on real people. But these things do really happen. This show opens your eyes to the truth that some people don't wanna face. Illness and death do happens. This show is a way to desensitize the world to diseases and the sometimes fatal symptoms that come with it. I know, it sounds a little silly to make a petition to bring back a TV show and I know there are bigger problems in the world. But, this show is another chance to change someone's life. It makes it easier for people to react to a loved one or friend being sick. This television program talks about various physical and mental diseases and their various effect on children!

This is a great show! I cried during the Series. Finale, the problem is it's on Fox this show is about teenagers so they should target teenagers and most think of Fox as an adult channel. My advice to Fox would be to sell it to ABC Family which would attract mo

I hope they're able to save Red Band Society. I love the cast and much needed heartfelt storylines. Out of the box shows like this one need more support. Hopefully Fox or another network will keep the show going and prove that the shows we love are worth the risk.
