This decision to make our school admin staff redundant is going to have a very negative effect on our school. These staff are not just admin staff. They are support for parents with struggles , they are first support for children entering school and having a bad day. They ensure our school runs smoothly and both parents and children are helped with whatever they need. No task is too big or too small for them.They know every child and parent by name . Why take away something which is working so well and which has such a positive impact on our school community.

Please reconsider. This negatively impacts our opinion of Reach2 and at a time when we are considering a move and had hoped to stay within the Reach2 family in our new location. This will seriously make us think otherwise. Please reconsider for the whole of our community.

We know how hard the office staff work in helping to organise events and funding for the children. If Reach2 cut these valuable roles our school will be a much less vibrant and enriched community.

Disgusting in the climate that reach 2 are doing this. Ultimately this is going to affect the children and the eduction they receive. The jobs the admin do will be put down to already stretched teaching staff!
