Group B officers due regard of once’s Experance should not be neglected on Our Indian Railway which is provided to us in the Existing System. Managing system should know the value of experience of Life of an officer’s who has Serve this Life Line of Country by his Moral Value of Experiences.

Stop Demoralising Promoter officer

Promotion avenues to group B officers of Indian railways are very meager. Almost 50% of officers retire without a single promotion after getting guazetted status. Latest decisions of railway board are leading to closing of all promotion avenues that will encourage frustration, inefficiency, corruption and red ribbonism which will have very hard impact on railway health. Please stop this immediately and encourage group B officers to perform and excel for benefit of railways. Jai hind.

Direct officers or Railways can not achieve the daunting targets being given by PMO/MR/RB with the demoralized group B. The whole system will come to a standstill unless corrective action are taken immediately to safeguard the future of group B.

It should be stopped.

Demoralisation of promoted officer by recently issued letter by RB. This is one type of nuisence. It must be stopped to run healthy working of indian railway.

रेलवे को गर्त में जाने से बचाना है तो निम्नतम स्तर के कर्मचारी से लेकर उच्चतम स्तर के अधिकारी, सभी को सम्मान मिलना चाहिए और सभी को पदोन्नति में समान प्रक्रिया के तहत अवसर मिलने चाहिए,

Our attitude work hard and deliver quality. And we don’t want anything lesser than equality.

It's shocking that rly bd issued order for revertion ,like RPF why promotee officers not given group A on the day of promotion in gazetted,every one is demoralised,we should proceed to SC immediately,as per govt gazett every one is group A who is in level 10 and above.

Gr8 damage is being done to the ethos and values of this organisation which has been nurtured by the life and blood of GRP B Officers. Fight or perish !!!

Promotee officers are backbone of Railways. They have experience, procedural knowledge and professional and technical know how. Without them Railway system will paralyze as they actually run the system with their efficiency and skill . They deserve the at par or even more avenues in terms of promotion and higher scales , which was also realized by the Pay Commissions of the earlier years. I strongly believe Promotee Officers of Railways are the best and any wrong step taken towards demoralizing them will adversely affectc the Railway system .
