First of all we have to fight for deletion of words of "promotee" "group B" etc. What are significant of thesr words? None other than railways uses this terminology, one u became a gazated officer, u r a officer, there should b two category of staff in govt. Sector, Gazated and non gazated, as our driect brothers became offcier after clearing UPSC, such as we as also became officer after clearing 4,tough exams, RRB, App. 3 LDCE, which were as tough as UPSC

IAS guys don't even like Ur shadow. If Ur that brilliant, b an IAS. Else pls keep Ur both sides shut. Take an ldce q.paper n solve it in time. U can't pass till retirement. Muuh may Aya bak diya...PPL like u must b sued under right to inequality n apartheid.

He is comparing the experience and knowledge of a promotee with a novice who has no knowledge of Railways. If your cadre is so confident,you can compete with the promotees in LDCE for confirmation in Junior scale itself and prove your capability for continuing in Railway service.

It's time to save Railways, please implement N.R. Parmar verdict in true sense. CAT Patna has recognised the fact,even uphelded by HC Patna.Railway board has recognised the fact and issued a letter to demote those who got Promotion unlawfully compromising promotional avenue of directs.

I oppose partial orders in f/o direct officer to damage future of gr b officers.
