SAVE RAILWAYS: STOP DEMORALISATION OF PROMOTEE OFFICERS and HARD WORKING STAFF

Promotee officers are the real workers in railways. Please do not demoralize them.

Promotee officers are demoralised by the recent Railway Board order. After putting dedicated service this much years sincerely I fell let down by my own organisation.

Stop discrimination

Stop discrimination with promotee officers. Pl do not test patience too.

Demorlisation of pramotee officers will badly effect efficiency of railway which will finally lead to privatation of railways

Career of group B officer in railway is totally stopped. DPC is not being done intentionally.if u think group B officer have less knowledge then take common exam of group B and group A both and those who passed promote only.

Stop the bias

2002-09 period, 610 promotee officers inducted against 109 direct officers. In this period when even after getting 7th rank in upsc exam, Dr officers where denied railway job, promotee officers to the extent of 84 each year made senior to them. So stop this descriminatio against direct officers and do justice by implementing cat/pnbe order.

I strongly opposes the decision of highest authorities without looking into the affect of other policy guidelines.

Group B officers in Railway are being discriminated for promotion from Group A officers and deprived of right of equality as our constitution says.

It should be challenged in the higher court without further delay .

If equality cannot be granted promotion avenues to supervisors should be stopped . Railways cannot have dual policy i.e in terms of responsibilities, promotes and DR are equal but when it comes to grant of facilities, here comes the discrimination. Thus Railway Board should br consistent in their policy. Board, formost must decide whether promoes are required or not. If yes, then there should not be discrimination, if no, its fine every promote should be reverted back to their parent cadre with immediate effect and not at the whims and fancies of few select people.

It is unconstitutional to deny promotation to group B officials

To challenge this illegal order in Supreme Court

It is an attempt to snuff out life of promotee officers. The order is against the justice.
