Justice is being denied by unlawful means. Subverting the direct officers has led to demoralisation of direct officers & effects can already be seen.

Rules and regulations are made for keeping every citizen in line of betterment of country. Violation of same same should not be allowed by any means and anyone.

Before writing anything ridiculous like this, at least a minute of research on google. Indian Railways also has Engineering Services officers, who never wrote or thought about writing Civil Services Examination. They gave ESE and filled their first choice as IR. Railway also has SCRAs who chose railway over IIT/NIT/Various other good colleges after 12th class to work for their country.
But after coming here when they see, that they are not even getting their rightful promotions in return of their service, they feel demoralized.
