The decision taken by the Hon'ble CAT and Patna high court may be a decisive point in changing the future of Indian Railways and mould it into the much awaited cast. Remember, why isnt nurse promoted to become a doctor then why should a diploma or ITI holder should work as a an equivalent to UPSC qualified engineering graduates. The more promotees are encouraged and promoted, the more the Railways will miss out on the wonderful young budding talent of this diverse country.

By RB order justice has been done to Direct recruits. As strong lobby & money power of promotees got vanished by Judiciary where all are equal & only Law prevails.

Stop demoralising Direct officer's..

Railways to Implement the CAT Patna Judgement which was upheld by HC Patna. The delay in implementing CAT Patna Judgement and revising the seniority list of direct officers and promotee officers is bringing unrest amoung direct officers recruited through UPSC and is affecting the morale of direct recruit officers.

This should be done immediately or we to move to court against it....
