Promotion should be on latent basis not on seniority basis in any department then the change should come otherwise department not growing.

If any promotee thinks that they can compete with any direct officer, its their big mistake. They neither have efficiency nor have positive thinking. Yes, I do agree with petition.

It needs to be implemented immediately and the officials delaying it should be jailed. Further, entire existing seniority of Railway Services to be redrafted. Also, it is suggested to give cadre management of all Railway Services to DOPT as we are not able to tame RBSS.
