Direct officers provide leadership to the organization. The Railway administration and the political leadership should not inhibit their capabilities by imposing debilitating limitations on them.
After qualifying UPSC, we had great expectations. But here our career is in haze. Lots of loss have already been done for unreasonable reasons. We want justice
Time bound promotion is the most powerful motivation for group A officers as they have to bear with transfers on high frequency comparatively.

Railways to Implement the CAT Patna Judgement which was upheld by HC Patna. The delay in implementing CAT Patna Judgement and revising the seniority list of direct officers and promotee officers is bringing unrest amoung direct officers recruited through UPSC and is affecting the morale of direct recruit officers.
Promodations dated from 5 yrs back defied natural justice to Direct Officers
we want justice. Promotion to be based on rule of DOPT

Railways must implement high court order on priority and restore the prestige of Direct officers service. It has been devalued by favouring promotee officers at the cost of direct officers
