Planning Board Meeting - Thursday 6/6/19 - at the Rec Center
Vote to CHANGE ZONING ON RAILROAD RUN
This NEW zoning being proposed (CC/T4) is in contradiction to Saratoga Springs Comprehensive Plan.
Neighbors must communicate that this land has to stay zoned CRN1.
Railroad run is about to change forever.
Please attend Planning Board meeting on Thursday 6/6/19 at the Rec Center at 6 pm!!

The West Side is being devoured by over the top developers tearing down all green areas of our residential neighborhood. This GREED must STOP!! The neighborhood and town are being transformed at an alarming rate.
I use the Railroad Run trail almost daily and donot want to seethe peaceful and natural setting destroyed by allowing commercial building on its east side. Do not destroy this beautiful path.
I walk and run on Railroad Run most days because it is peaceful and quiet. Please do not let this change.
Dear Friends of RailRoad Run, Reminder to attend the Planning Board meeting: tmrw/Thur 6/6 at the Rec Ctr @ 15 Vanderbilt Ave @ 6pm. - arrive early as parking and the room are expected fill up - speak up to support maintaining current zoning (light density residential) - voice concerns about proposed zoning changes (to wide-ranging industrial or high density high-rises) - many of us want to preserve as much as possible, the RailRoad Run trail as we know it, a refreshing green and open space trail in the midst of downtown - many have worked over two+ decades to see the trail established, planted wildflowers with the HS and GS troops, and advocated for the successful connection of the trail to the Spa Park - we can support eventual development, consistent with current zoning that would be in keeping with the already approved 2015 Comprehensive Plan and existing assets of the RRR trail and surrounding neighborhood - if you cannot attend the meeting, email the Planning Board and City Council

PLEASE SAVE RAILROAD RUN! I used to run on it all the time in HS and it is a great way to get to the Y!
