We don't need more shops, there are already empty units in the glades and a new development at Bromley South, open green areas for people to relax in and enjoy are more important

BR2 9NY. Building on parks must not be allowed and the history of this space is a serious breech of trust. Once it is gone it is gone forever and these restaurants may not be sustainable in the long term. More restaurants are not needed here or anywhere, Bromley North has enough. More will no doubt be coming with the Bromley South redevelopment.

BR1 3DN The park has been eaten into enough by these greedy developers - it was gifted for public amenity not private profit. There are very few peaceful green spaces left in the town, leave this one alone.

BR1 4AJ. Totally unnecessary development. Bromley already has enough chain restaurants. Totally goes against the Bromley north redevelopment as some of independent restaurants will undoubtedly got to the wall when the new chains arrive.

This green space, with it's special features, forms part of Bromley's claim to be a Clean and Green Borough. Privatising public land is against local people's wishes...those very wishes Bromley Councillors agreed to obey when they were elected.

within this lovely park, well used by Bromley residents and visitors alike, is a tree planted by my late father when he was Mayor of Bromley. I would be devastated to see this removed as it has given me great comfort since his death seeing his name on the plaque. I am certain all local people must object strongly to this loss of green space and we certainly do not require further restaurants in this part of town!

I fail to see how this will help the restaurants in East Street, Widmore Road or the supposed North Village and would rather they survived than get 5 new chain restaurants trying to survive and lose the green space.
