Petition to preserve the property located at 1559 Union Street Clearwater Florida 33755 This property is one of the only properties remaining in Pinellas County that is providing shelter to both native and non native species. The property is a sanctuary for any and all animals in need. The property is used to house non native species but also contributes to the availability of space, trees, and all wildlife. This property is necessary to remain in the use of the rescue to be able to continue to provide a place that native and non native species can live and remain safe. To allow the sale of this property to be used otherwise will be ill effective to the species of life that need this property most. To build more houses, apartments etc would further damage the eco system in which it will not allow native and non native species to survive. To build on this property would assure the loss of natural Florida enviournment that the animals require pushing them out to public roadways and risking injury and loss of lives. As it stands in Pinellas county Florida, there is not alot of land available to be used as we are utilizing it now. We ask that you sign this petition to tell the Pinellas County government that you agree that this property should be preserved and used as it is currently being used to preserve both native and non native wildlife.
