It is stated that Preston High School is rooted in virtues of dignity, honor, respect, and compassion. The mission of the school is to practice compassion. Compassion is "to see the wants and needs of others and fill those needs" Please see the wants and needs of these children! Please respect these girls, Please show them some compassion and respect. You will affecting their mental wellbeing with such short notification. Especially for those girls who only have 1-2 more years left. Please reconsider closing this wonderful and needed school.

As a Bronxite, coming back home as been one of the most important pieces for me. Keeping a healthy sense of community. I'd love to see the legacy of Preston High School Continue. Young women in our community needs this.
