I am so disappointed with these money grabbing nuns who are more interested in their personal wealth than the school and students

Long time resident of Throggs Neck. Terribly sad what has been done to these students and future students of Preston. I live down the block and see that beautiful Mansion every day for 65yrs..it is a HISTORICAL and Beautiful part of our community and a shame they want to tear down and put Condos

Sisters of divine compassion need to have compassion and keep the school open. Money doesn’t buy happiness at the end of the day. The education and relationships these girls are getting will last a lifetime. Class of 2000 Melissa Fedor

Preston is not only a school but a place of community, leadership, mentorship, faith and future leaders of the world. We can’t give up we need Preston and its influence just as much as Preston needs us. Together through and through

Spent the last few summers there working their camp, it would be a shame to not only take away the honor and privilege of the high school girls attending the school, but also all the kids aged 4-13 who use their school as a summer camp!!

My Daughter was accepted to the school for the fall. She envisioned herself walking down the halls and getting the best possible education. This has been a devastating blow to her as we scramble to figure out where she will go. My heart aches for the young ladies and families.

We urge the school board to reconsider the proposed closure of Preston, as it is a vital community hub that provides exceptional education, fosters student growth, and serves as a cornerstone for our neighborhood. Closing this school would have a devastating impact on our children's futures and community.
