Alumnae here, though Preston had its fair share of issues, the closing of this school would be heartbreaking for current students and future of all girls catholic education.

This is a travesty! As far as I know, Preston is financially fit and staple, and that this closing has nothing to do with their finances. This school is the bedrock of Throgs Neck and of that Community. In fact I made the decision to send my daughter there because of Preston s standing in the community and in the Bronx. You must save Preston!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent decision that would require my daughter to leave Preston. She has developed a deep connection with her teachers and the school community, and this environment has been instrumental in her academic growth and personal development.
This transition feels unfair and overwhelming, as it would force her to adjust to an entirely new school setting, disrupting the stability and relationships she has built. Given the impact this decision will have on her well-being, I respectfully ask for reconsideration or any possible alternatives that would allow her to continue at Preston.

This is a shame our young lady’s enjoy going to the school and it was in the Bronx close to home for many. This need to stop and let our young get a lovely Education
