Could be used as a Prestatyn Railway museum/ visitor attraction. There's so much interest in anything to do with trains. Bring in the visitors.

Why pull it down, old unused signal boxes are often left beside the track, with just the windows and doors boarded up ! I see no reason for Prestatyn's signal box being demolished
