I can't believe it took the council so long to make such a silly decision. There is a train station across the road. The restaurant will utilise off peak parking.

There is packing close by..it us also easily accessed by train. Local people can walk oe bike. I think that the parking issue us not relevant for not allowing this restaurant to open.
