I have seen these absolutely incredible forces of nature and to cut them down for profit by developers who the city supports is a travesty of justice. If you want to build more homes there are plenty of space with less trees. Or just go east which is full of flat land. Why not just build to ft Meyers and continue Sarasota county all the way to Naples or out to Land of Lakes and just let the county include it all. Money talks and city walks.

Mitigation trees can not replace 200 year old grand trees, at least in this lifetime.

Hope they don't do what Selby Gardens did. Somebody's NOT doing their ELECTED JOBS, what next? GREED in Sarasota is doing it's worse on everything
