Why is it that the majority of home owners in SRQ can’t touch oak trees without the threat of high fines yet this is ok to do? What am I not understanding here?

This is part of the global warming we have because trees clean the air. Please Please save this tree. Do not destroy another tree! Its not necessary to destroy this tree, work around it!

We are supposed to have a tree ordinance to protect our grand trees in this county. What have we done! We are allowing money hungry developers to run what was a beautiful community.
