I am categorically against re-zoning this part of Payson for the purpose of this development. Not only will the proposed project completely change the character of Tyler Parkway but will negate the prime reason for the residents' choosing to live here.

If this zoning goes thru I'll bet the West family will sell the lots over time and never develop the property as planned. The result will be dozens of other businesses buying lots and building all sorts of houses. I AM AGAINST THE REZONE.

I understand the need for more housing in Payson but there are much better locations that will benefit the town more.

This is an abomination to the beautiful Tyler Parkway area. This must be stopped, and not allow these big money manipulators in our town. We worked our whole lives to retire in a rural area and not have to deal with the destruction and noise that these developments bring. Our whole quality of life is at stake here.
