There will be a $5 Million dollar upgrade to Youngtown Depot, there are also plans for a barracks to be construed in the northern suburbs.
Cadet activities will be relocated to Youngtown, which will benefit ADF Cadet's enormously with new state of the art facilities and larger training areas.

The Barracks is too a place, where CADETS can enjoy their time. Removing this will engage in a conflict of doubt.
