I've just turned 30 and I remember Pat from when I was a young teenager attending Banstead Youth Club. Pat was so friendly and encouraged me and my friends to take part in activities like dancing. She's great with people (particularly troublesome teenagers) and I'm very sorry to hear her job is on the line. Keep Pat!

Had some fantastic times at banstead yc playing football , went a long way in the five a sides . To the nationals also playing badmington with micky. Pat is truly fantastic and the best person for the job. She is irreplaceable thats for sure i back her all the way. And im now 54. Keep going pat the kids need you and beleive you me so do the parents.

Always remember my days at banstead youth club, Saturday matinee with sweets from tuck shop and can of pop in hand. BANSTEAD needs to keep this all going for the youth of today to have a place to go to. Xx

My son attends J Club and has special needs/Autism. Before joining, he wouldn't take part in any clubs at school or anywhere else as he didn't feel comfortable . Pat has welcomed him into the club and made him feel that he has a safe place to go where he can improve his social and life skills and actually feel part of something and be included.

This club, through Pat, provided a base for children in Banstead when there was nothing else but 'street corners'. An unstinting 38 year contribution which needs to continue
