I have lived in Ogden Valley my whole life. The people who actually live there should be able to be free to use Pineview because we LOVE it and CARE about our home. Get rid of the outsiders coming in disrespecting such a lovely place.

To close a recreation area that is managed by the Fed, State, or local governments is tough to defend. Why politics, and money. Most likely the reason is money. There is government liability to manage and protect campers with overnight camping. If they don't want to fund this then they will shut it down.

It is probably a very small percentage of people ruining it for the rest. Get them in check, and let everyone enjoy themselves.

We like to sleep with our children on the boat. We are quiet and respectful and love to wake to the pelicans and steam rising from the lake

Not allowing overnight camping on a boat on Pineview is not what's best for everyone. Enforcing noise and littering ordinances is. Common sense for the common good.

Sleeping on or in one's boat while launched in Pineview Reservoir should remain legal.

Please do not take away our summer paradise, it is the only stress relief some of us have after a long hard week serving the public. Let's find a way to punish only the offenders and not all of the innocents who enjoy the water!

Please do not take this option away from familes. Our family would rather spend the night on the water than spend the night in a camp trailer. I would go for a no tolerance noise but you have to actually give out tickets and not just warn people.

People travel from all over to come stay at Pineview. Maybe we just be best if the people working up there did their jobs and gave out tickets? I think for older generation who enjoys sleeping overnight couldn't get punished because people who like to party gets to ruin our family time
