Our wet lands and nature is important for man, to survive on the plant called earth. Each function within this plant must work together, destroy the wet lands, you will destroy many wildlife, and the air we breath.Tree create oxygen so that people and all life and sustain living. Wild life provides environmental grow to provide food , pollinate, The benefits of wetlands are that they halt flood waters, filter our drinking water and support animal life which is critical.. Destroy the wet lands then you will be destroying HUMAN life for the future generations. I can not Eat Money, or a mobile home park, But I can certainly breath better when the wet lands are NOT Touched.

What do you have to hide. Mayor Quirk has said she wants transparency. The public has clearly shown great concern for disturbing this section of wetlands. Be responsible. It affects everyone as well the environment.

I need to know why a large mobile home park was thought not harmful for the provincially significant wetland in the North Gwillimbury Forest. Please make your decision-making process more transparent.

It seems the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority is shilling for the The DG Group (formerly Metrus) . Does the LSRCA think that they are not accountable to ME the TAXPAYER that pays THEM. The public has the right to know and keep that in mind.

Anyone with common sense would know that even one mobile home on a provincially significant wetland
would cause enormous harm with a major impact on thousands of species in our environment. The LSRCA appears to be dictatorial in their response refusing public
access. A public meeting
MUST be held with the LSRCA and DG Group being
asked to explain their positions.

Yet another example of a system that just like the Municipal Act needs to be overhauled by the people NOT the "legal eagles": that ensure democracy is doomed to being run by the non-elected!

Provincially significant wetlands are just that - significant to the health of the entire ecosystem and significant to the health of all humans, animals and organisms within that ecosystem and beyond. It is a crime to diminish what nature gave us and totally arrogant to think we are above all that.

Stop the development of the sensitive areas. There is little wilderness left for many animal to bred and feed and once you pave it over - they don't stand a chance. Development these days does not mean jobs - it means increased taxes to increase infrastructure like roads, hydro, hospitals , schools water. Jobs are contract now and minimum wage via employment companies so don't fall for the lie that your town will benefit. You will lose the very things you moved there for. Not worth it!
