Its very dangerous for pedestrians to use this PAVEMENT and there are signs at each end of the lanes that say bicycles

It is supposed to be pedestrian, yet cycles, use it even though there is a ban and if motorcycles are using it as well, then there should be cameras. Education, Sport and Culture I'm sure there must be better use of your time then spoiling a safe haven for pedestrians as yet again the minority are given priority. Just not good enough.
