Another idiotic idea by some half witted overpaid beurocrat. We need alternatives to A/Es yet they're insistent on closing these alternatives.
A single treatment centre ie APH is not suitable especially for the elderly/vunerable etc who can't get there.

Do not close much needed service. It will impact on Arrows Park A&E and GP services

These are a valuable part of the community and very much needed facility to take some pressure off A&E . Also easier to access as in your local community than travelling to Arrow Park

I am a whistleblower but cannot disclose my name as my job will be in jeopardy. Wirral CCG’s case is full of falsehood as there is no evidence of systemic abuse of services at aph. Ask for statistics and you will find that minir injury services and Walk in services have reduced attendances of minor problems. They just dont like where they are and want to shift money to west and south wirral from wallasey and birkenhead. Shame it has cone to this !

Pathetic - these are well needed services - you already closed Eastham once and reopened it only to now want to close it - why not allow reception @ APH to signpost people where to go instead of clogging up A&E and fine habitual patients who DNA appointments - use some common sense and ask us who work for the NHS for solutions - not
