I used to walk from the South Bridge along the Susquehanna to work every morning at Strawberry square. it was the most beautiful walk in all kinds of weather. I love that river. I remember all the bridges seeing the schools of fish walking across to the island there's a great book written about the river I think its called river of dreams. The river must be preserved.

generations before me have told stories of its national recognition for smallmouth fish. My generation only knows stories of diseased fish and contaminated water.

Didn't the Susquehanna use to be on the top ten list for the cleanest river in the country? I grew up boating on this river, it means a lot to my family. Please help clean its waters.

Please save my river! I grew up on this river and it kept me from trouble and made me who I am from the people I grew up around on it! I want my 2 year old son to have the same opportunity! Please please please save the river!!

This beautiful river is a reflection of the cities, towns, and people that live alongside it for its entire length. Let's do all that we can to improve our waterway, as we are stewards of this great river!
