It is vital that Burma Hills surgery is allowed to remain open, all local surgeries are fully subscribed and already overstretched.

Don't close Burma Hills. Instead open more GP surgeries and hire more GPs. Wokingham is poorly served.

We need more not fewer GPs and GP surgeries in Wokingham. And WMC needs to improve significantly before it takes on any more patients.

I moved several years ago, after my husband died, from wokingham medical centre to burma hills. I wouldnt wish to be a patient there again. Reputation is appalling.
Burma hills is just yards away from me and very important to current patients.

Been our drs for 5 years. Would mean a very long walk for a little boy to see a doctor as we don’t drive and would put a lot of pressure on other surgeries where they already struggle

Only just heard this surgery is closing down... What are they thinking... I'd dread to think I'd have to go back to using the dis - organised med centre in Central Wokingham! I left that surgery for Burma hills and much better surgery with reasonable appointment times etc! And receptionists are very helpful! This can't be about cutting costs they just spent £140 million on other things! So I'm sure they can find a few more million to keep this surgery going!! :(

Wokingham needs another 5 surgeries at least! Closing 1 would be disastrous. The population is growing by the day

Best surgery with personal touch and it does not take weeks for appts. It would be a great loss for the local community to lose this surgery

I find the idea to close the Burma Hills Surgery ridiculous considering the increasing population around the surgery area with all the new housing developments.

There are not enough GO’s in the area as it is and with the huge amount of building going on in Wo Ju Meghan, particularly near this surgery, you will never get an appointment. Currently you are extremely luckily to get one

Very important to stay open. Impossible to get through to Wokingham Medical Centre which is clearly not coping with demand as it is. Servce at Burma Hills us much better and I would be very angry to see it go.

I could not arrange for my family to move to this surgery, as there was naturally high demand because of the issues at Wokingham Medical Centre, but my elderly neighbours deserve and need a local surgery to walk to.

Invaluable surgery for the local community which is greatly valued
