A really disappointing result by this board. If he should be fired there should be a process and clearly there is a lack of ethics on the part of this board. The lack of recusal is a testament to the politics at play. Just a sad result that such a bad example for our kids was displayed in this manner

If this case holds water, as the board claims, it should be presented to the public. Otherwise, Fernandez has been terminated unjustly.

Fernandez is the face of the New and Improved GDOE. He is not hiding in the office. He is always out and about, networking, gathering information necessary to make deicisons in the best interest of Guam's public school students faculty staff amd parents. SHAME on those dumb self-interest evil LIARS: E.Mesa, K.Chargualaf, the supposed victim coached and paid by Mesa & Chargualaf, and the dumb, reckless GEB members who voted to destroy the hopes of Guam's publc school children. You all need to go back to school to learn the difference between right and wrong because you're Wrong. FERNANDEZ IS RIGHT FOR GDOE. BRING HIM BACK!!!!
