The brass at the Ministry of Defence clearly hoped we would just go away quietly while they erased our history. They were wrong because this surge of support proves that our heritage is not up for sale or negotiation.

bad choice to get rid of the name. tradition matters for the lads who gave everything for this country.
My grandad served in this regiment. You cannot just erase 300 years of history like it doesnt mean anything.

KEEP THE NAME. Its part of who we are in Stafford and it should stay that way.
