Springwell helps parents be better parents, it helps children and it helps family's. Anyone can go there on a Wednesday and get a cooked 2 course meal made fresh for £1, can you get that anywhere else. This place needs to stay open for a lot of reasons, but most of all it should stay open because it's needed, it's used every day and it offers support for both children and parents. Stop saving money by cutting places that are needed.

Why on earth this is in threat to be closed down I'll never know. I love this place. Brilliant staff who go above and beyond to help. Gave me the confidence and training to get back into work when I was used as a scapegoat by my old employer. I will be very sad if it does go and I think it will have a very negative impact on our community. Why take something away that works so well and does so much for the community? They offer messy play for babies, after school clubs for those children whose parents work after 3, training, family planning and much much more. The staff are amazing and always there to help. I will be greatly saddened as will everyone else if this were to go.

Springwell is essential for the community. It does so much for those who use the centre. I found it a lifesaver when i walked through its doors over 7 years ago, i was new to the area with a baby, i knew nobody!! Ive met so many lovely people, made lifelong friends and received much needed help and support from the staff. Please do not take this essential service away from our community.

Ridiculous idea to close this centre! Been part of the local community for over 10 years now. Nothing similar close by so a lot of parents/carers & children will miss out on the support and help given by this centre.

Me an my girls rely on this centre each week as it's close to our home and if it's moved Will take 45 mins to walk to nearest one an I for one don't drive ani wouldn't want my girls walking that far it's ridiculous!!
